This week we're peeling back the second layer of the Koshas: Pranamaya - This is your vital energy layer, the invisible life force that animates your body (if your physical body (Annamaya Kosha) is the lightbulb, the Pranamaya Kosha is the electricity flowing through it). We'll be discussing what prana actually is, how your breath is the main vehicle for managing this energy, and why some days you feel energized and other days completely drained (even when you've had enough sleep) - If you've ever walked into a room and immediately felt the "energy" or "vibe," that's Pranamaya Kosha at work. If you understand it more, you can work with it rather than being at its mercy - helping you to manage your life better.
Emma and Andy try to keep their podcasts light-hearted and unedited, wherever possible, allowing for a more natural conversation style and an authentic representation of their characters. They aim to provide information and entertainment by mixing their knowledge, research and personal experiences with debate and (occasional) opposing view points. :-)
