This week we've reached the fifth and innermost layer: Anandamaya Kosha, the bliss body. This is pure joy, deep contentment, and connection to something bigger - and no, this isn't airy-fairy nonsense. This is what you touch in rare moments when everything feels absolutely right: holding your newborn, a perfect sunset, or unexpected profound peace. It's not happiness (which depends on circumstances) - it's deeper. We'll explore what bliss actually means, why most of us rarely access this layer, and whether it's possible to live from this place more often. We will also discuss Atman - the true self or individual soul that resides in the centre of the 5 Koshas.

Emma and Andy try to keep their podcasts light-hearted and unedited, wherever possible, allowing for a more natural conversation style and an authentic representation of their characters.
